Lily St. Regis is the tertiary antagonist in Annie. She is the girlfriend of Rooster Hannigan. Lily was first shown with Rooster after escaping from jail. Later, they are pretending to be Annie's parents when they visit Miss Hannigan, but it doesn't work.
