A Psychic Counter is a type of counter used exclusively by "Brain Research Lab". 1 Psychic Counter is generated when using the extra Normal Summon granted by "Brain Research Lab". Additional counters can also be generated instead of paying LP for the effects of Psychic-Type monsters. They are used to determine the amount of damage inflicted when "Brain Research Lab" leaves the field.
