Amir El Kahr was an Middle-Eastern terrorist and an expert of biological warfare. He was secretly hired by Kenny Sinclair and Reese Hoffman to try to biologically attack Las Vegas using his knowledge of biological warfare. He was one of the antagonists in Die Hard Trilogy 2: Viva Las Vegas.
