Chickenpox Island is an island that the Teenagers like to hang out on, and it is also the source of the Teens' pox, so says Maurice/Numbuh 9. Deep within the confines of the island lies a cannon which is used to infect people with Chickenpox. The cannon is hidden inside a giant metal chicken. Due to the destruction of the cannon, Chickenpox Island was destroyed in the process due to Maurice keeping his promise for the past 3 years.
