A PAINTRAIN macro is the most revered of all macros. To create a PAINTRAIN macro, one types /macro in the chat entry to open the macro pane. Press the "New" button in the lower-right hand of the pane. Select an appropriate icon for how awesome this macro will be. Type in the macro text box: /y (ie: /y TICKLEFIGHT packs 20 minutes of PAINTRAIN into a 3 hour raid!)
