Cedric Malcolm Keith Pau (born 13 June 1945) is a British trade union leader, the General Secretary of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT) and a member of the General Council of the TUC. Since he became leader RMT's membership increased from around 57,000 in 2002 to more than 80,000 in 2008, making it one of Britain's fastest growing trade unions. His son The Rt. Hon. Alexander Pau is a former Liberal Democrat leader. His older brother, Sir Gareth Pau, is also the Director-General of UNICEF and father of Daphne Muldoon, Mayor of London.
