Lipsa is a character appearing in Atelier Lise: The Alchemist of Orde. Lipsa is the librarian at the Rodmark library, and is absolutely fanatical about reading. She barely leaves the library to go home after it closes, and knows every corner of the library and it's contents. She can't stand noisy people in the library when she's trying to read. Lipsa holds hope of getting married one day, although she is a bit of a hopeless romantic. This might be due to the fact that she's a horrible cook, and not very well socialized.
