Esther Katinka Hartkamp, better known as Esther Hart is a Dutch singer who represented the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 in Riga, Latvia with the song One More Night, which finished in 13th place. She entered BBC TV's "A Song for Europe" pre-selection in 2003 with the song "Wait for the Moment", but withdrew from that contest as participating for two countries would not have been acceptable for both BBC and NOS. She read the Dutch results at the 2004 and 2008 contests.
