Minshee was an Imperial controlled planet. When Luthus Tadrin became the Moff of the Tadrin subsector he had a large castle built for himself on an island in the middle of a small lake next to the capital city of Minsah. The castle was extravagant and had many valuable paintings, sculptures, statues, and vases. Also the castle had it's own Opera House where Luthus could watch shows whenever he wished. It may have been the homeworld of Luthus' seven children.
