Pseudo-Flip Effects is an unofficial term given to Trigger Effects that are similar to Flip Effects; these effects activate when the monster is flipped face-up. However, since they are Trigger Effects and not Flip Effects, cards such as "Ceasefire", "Evil HERO Dark Gaia, "The Spell Absorbing Life", etc. are not applied to them.
