White dragonhide chaps are White dragonhide armour worn in the legwear slot. White dragonhide chaps can only be worn by those who have 70 Ranged. They can only be obtained by creating them through the Crafting skill at level 107 from two White dragonleather, giving 400 Crafting experience. They are considered tier 70 power ranged armor. Unlike other dragonhides, White dragonhide cannot be baught from anywhere. So a player must kill the white dragon two times to obtain two white dragonhides.
