Stephen Lowen (born 1974 or 1975, died June 2003) worked as a rigger on the 2004 Thunderbirds movie. On June 9th, 2003, he fell sixteen feet while in the middle of dismantling a scaffolding tower on the set of said film at Pinewood Studios. As a result, Lowen became critically injured and was taken to hospital, where he was placed on life support, but ultimately his life support machine was later switched off and he died. The film is dedicated to his memory.
