The Chests contain Inheritances, objects that are supposed to help the Garde. The Inheritances are usually connected to their Legacies, or display functions of other Legacies. Some of them are useful in combat, and in each Garde's Chest is a Phoenix Stone, an object intended to help jumpstart Lorien.
