Skoya (スコヤ, Sukoya) is a Witch and fugitive wanted by the DWMA Intelligence Agency for unknown reasons. Her sketch was with some of the Witches displayed when the trio consisting of Anya Hepburn, Meme Tatane, and Tsugumi Harudori found the Anti-Witch Headquarters. Because of the kind of witches investigated and the presence of Arachne Gorgon's data nearby Skoya's, she appears to have some skill in Mind Control.
