Tommy Ringstaff is a former NASCAR driver from Catlettsburg, KY. He competed in three Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. All of those races came in 1955, when Ringstaff debuted at Daytona Beach. Starting 23rd in the forty-eight field, Ringstaff had early engine issues and finished 43rd. Ringstaff had a much better run at Hillsboro, garnering a career-best 10th place finish. Ringstaff almost made the top-ten in his final career start at N. Wilkesboro, but late issues left him 11th.
