Delta Two was a member of the BSAA Delta Team during the Lanshiang campaign. He alerted HQ that the top floor had been cleared and its hostage safe. He left the building right after Delta One, leaving Alpha Team members Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans as the only remaining operatives before bombing could commence.
