Netflix, Inc. is an American provider of on-demand televised and cinematic content. On March 7, 2014—as part of a deal with The Walt Disney Company to become the exclusive American subscription service for Lucasfilm Ltd.–produced content beginning in 2016—Netflix made available the 2008 Star Wars: The Clone Wars film, as well as all 121 episodes of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, including thirteen episodes of the sixth and final season. The latter were exclusive to Netflix until they were released on DVD and Blu-ray on November 11, 2014.
