International Cars & Motors Limited (ICML), is a member of the Sonalika Group of companies, which also includes the agricultural and engine maker Sonalika International. It is based in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India, and manufactures the Rhino SUV/MUV. They have a technical collaboration agreement with MG Rover Group of England.
