On the Sage Ocean Monking was a fleet officer of Battle Ahead. On the Viridian and Hunter Oceans he was of no import at all in any crews in particular. On every ocean his statistics were considerably lower than at least the next rank down (except one he was a cabin person in). He had all ranks of pirate or above by being friends with people carrying high ranks (two captains). This pirate has been deleted.
