Leonard "Lenny" Spinelli is Alan's inept assistant manager at Market Giant. He appears in Father Knows Less and The Father/Son Game in Season 1. He is very neurotic and socially awkward. He always introduces himself formally to the Matthews family members as if he had never met them before, because he is unsure that he made an impression previously. Characters Season 1
