Tegalus was a planet in the Milky Way which had a Stargate which was divided into two main continents. It has 2 nations on it: the Rand Protectorate and the Calledonian Federation. The Rand govt. allied themselves with the Ori and built a Satellite weapon. The Prometheus came to destroy the Ori Satellite, but was destroyed. In the end, both nations destroyed each other.
