Rotface was a rat in Ungatt Trunn's Blue Hordes. He and Grinak were sent by Swinch to get food. On their way back, the two rats (Rotface and Grinak) were attacked by Stiffener Medick. Stiffener easily beat the rats, and in the process, broke Rotface's jaw. Because of their failure, Rotface and Grinak were killed by Ungatt Trunn.
