The Mishra was a tapcafe in the city of Ilic on New Cov. It was located three levels down from the top of the city, and was attached to a theatre somewhat like the old Grandis Mon theater on Coruscant. Luke Skywalker, Lando Calrissian, and a grudgingly participative Niles Ferrier resolved a dispute between a Barabel and a Rodian at the tapcafe; it was a mention of this incident which later brought Han Solo and Lando Calrissian back to New Cov for another meeting with Ferrier.
