Freyssinet, La Terre is the seat of the La Terran government. Originally known as the settlement of Lightholding, the city was renamed to Freyssinet in the mid-31st century in exchange for the surrender of New Paris. The city is best known for the presence of the Amherst Shrine, which is said to have been built on top of the location of the original settlement.
