Sergio Dore, Jr. made his only TV appearance as an immigration official from Costa Morada who detains James "Sonny" Crockett and Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs for a visa issue in the episode "Freefall" of the series Miami Vice. Dore's only other American acting appearances were in the 1991 movie Fires Within (with Jimmy Smits, Vincent D'Onofrio, Victor Rivers, and Lazaro Perez) and the 1994 movie The Specialist (with Mario Ernesto Sanchez).
