The only known Orlak character was Kelly Vermillion, who was in fact a Human/Orlak hybrid. He only had fur on the extremities of his body, which may be due to his Human blood. Orlak without Human blood may have been entirely covered in fur. Since Humans and Orlak could interbreed, this also implies that Orlak were not just humanoids, but Near-Humans.
