Elton Hildreth is a former NASCAR driver from Bridgeton, NJ. He competed in fifty-one Nextel Cup Series events in his career, spanning from 1952 to 1957. His best year was 1953, recording a points effort of 13th. That was also the year he earned five of his eight career top-tens, including his best finish of 4th at Bloomsburg. After a very limited schedule in 1955 to 1957, Hildreth finally retired.
