Steve Jobs was the leader of the mysterious War Lords and appeared in The War Games. After his death at the hands of the Time Lords (oh, now I get it), he went to Heaven, where he took the credit for wi-fi, iPads, and the iProstate. To this day he stands out as one of the most sinister villains the series has ever devised.
