Octobot's personality appears to have merged with Crocbot's as he did not express Crocbot's treasonous tendencies at the time. He even threatened to report Shadow as a traitor for not helping him to fight Sonic. He retained Crocbot's arrogance, however, and seemed upset when Sonic refused to take him seriously.
