Masanari Hattori, better known as Hanzo Hattori , was a historical person , and one Iga "of the three major jōninista " (jap.三大上忍) He ruled the Western Iga. His family has been in at least four Hattori Hanzo known a man, and he is the second of them, as well as the most famous.
