Charles "Charlie" Walker was a student at Woodsboro High school, and was the president of the Cinema Club. He was one of the main antagonists in Scream 4, and was seen to have a crush on Kirby Reed. Charlie was the tenth character to fall victim to the fourth Ghostface killing spree.
