Beckar was a Human male who served with the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War. He was Commander-in-Chief of the Alliance forces in the Trax sector, and was based at the Rebel Command Center on the planet Entrus. A tall man, he had a long scar down one side of his head. Commander Beckar authorized and masterminded the Alliance strike on the Bissillirus Resupply Base.
