During a performance, Sentinel Prime, crimelord of the century, is visited by The Voice of Wayne Cramp, who claims that evil is below par compared to what he has seen over the years. To help Sentinel, The Voice summons several villains to teach the Evil Autobot what it takes to be a bad guy. First was Megatron to how to make a magic potion by transforming into anything. Next was KOMPLEX and the Toad Empire to teach how to use a staff for villainous purposes. Right after was Myzor, King of War, who taught Sentinel how to battle. After was Queen Beryl for fashion and Psy-Crow who taught how to use cards as minions instead of just tricks. After, all the villains gather for one last number.
