Ch'rell (pronounced Tsch'räll), also known as the Utrom Shredder, Oroku Saki, Torrinon, Kako Naso and Duke Acureds, is a psychopathic Utrom renegade who impersonated The Shredder and one of the main antagonists of the Ninja Turtles, specifically created for the 2003 animated series.
