The Turtles investigates an exploded car, ansd sees somebody on a roof nearby. When a police helicopter moves by, they're forced to scatter. They split up to prevent the bomber to strike again, but he soon blows up a building. Michelangelo chases him down the subway, with the others on his tail. He prevents the bomber to place another bomb on the subway track, and is close to attacking the already captured man before being stopped by his brothers. They leave the bomber to be arrested, with a couple of vagrants present at the station getting the credit.
