Task Force 16 was a Starfleet task force extant in the late 24th century. It was part of the Starfleet First Fleet. In 2377-78, Rear Admiral Mark Vinson was Task Force 16's commanding officer aboard the flagship USS Panther City (an Akira-class heavy cruiser).
