Thomas Rapport (b. 21 July 1956) is "some kind of big screenwriter," and a resident of New York City. On the evening of 2 October 2011, he flew to Los Angeles and took a Black and White taxi to the Chateau Marmont Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, checking in at 9:41pm immediately after George Irving. On the 3rd, he attended a script conference at Archway Studios, and was later interviewed by LAPD detectives Solomon and Glanville regarding the death of George Irving. On the 5th, he received a call from detective Harry Bosch, who confirmed the taxi company that Rapport used.
