Christoph Ullmann (born May 19th, 1983 in Altötting) is a German hockey players that has played since 2008-09 for the Cologne Sharks in the DEL. Christoph Ullmann played in the Cologne Sharks youth system and joined the Regionalliga team in the 1999/00 season. Already in his second season (2000-01) he scored 66 points in only 27 games. He contined his stellar play in the playoffs, scoring 30 points in 14 games.
