Pickle and Peanut is an animated series produced by Disney Television Animation for Disney XD, and created by Noah Z. Jones and developed by Joel Trussell. It is about two best friends (an anthropomorphic pickle and peanut) who go on surreal adventures. The series premiered in September 2, 2015. It was announced in May 2016 from a member of the show's staff that a second season is underway. The show mixes elements of both animation and live action.
