Bart uses Nappien (by spiking yoghurt with it) in an attempt to keep Lisa asleep so he can use her body (after he is attached to said body) in the "Dead and Shoulders" segment of Treehouse of Horror XXIV; in the same scene Homer mistakes Nappien for "mix-ins", pours it into his yoghurt and eats the concoction-only to fall asleep and fall down into the basement while walking a moment later.
