The Angustri, which was revealed to be a bloodline in the VTR: Ghouls (book) Image:Bullet-nip.png supplement, is presented as both a ghoul family and a minor bloodline, headed by Andrei Angustri, who was an Angustri ghoul that received the Embrace. Although Angustri is very new and small as an actual Kindred bloodline, making it unlikely to appear in most chronicles, official rules do exist for how to play a member of it.
