Michael Schumacher was a Minifigure based off of a real life racer and was released in 2004 along with Rubens Barrichello in the set 8389 M. Schumacher and R. Barrichello. Later in 2006 the minifigure was included in the first edition of 8144 Ferrari 248 F1 Team.
