Ione Kitain was a Betazoid female, daughter of the Fourth House of Betazed, and the wife of Elieth. Sometime prior to 2371, Ione lived on the planet Deneva; Elieth, son of Tuvok and T'Pel moved to Deneva to persuade her to marry him. The two wed sometime while Tuvok was lost in the Delta Quadrant aboard the USS Voyager (between 2371 and 2377).
