The widow of the long-forgotten crime boss known as the Octopus, Mrs. Octopus blames the superhero the Flame for her husband's death, and has dedicated her life to getting vengeance. After the destruction of the Urn, Mrs. Octopus managed to locate and capture Flame Girl, the Flame's former sidekick, and tortured her considerably before handing her over to Captain Future to do as he saw fit.
