"Sleeping and Dreaming (Leaping and Screaming)" is a song the Fraggles sang to the World's Oldest Fraggle while Mokey rocked him. The song was intended as a lullaby (because he wanted to sleep) but, because of the whoopie water Gobo, Wembley and Red changed the song to a party song. The song was also used on The Animal Show episode 122, to a montage of sleeping animals.
