Prakkath was a Devaronian male leader of the Migrant Merchants' Guild on the planet Coruscant during the Cold War. When Senator Vanara Kayl reneged on a deal she had made with the guild, Prakkath met with her in an attempt to convince her to honor their agreement, but it failed.
