Infiltrator Minchar is a level 80 dwarf rogue that has a chance to appear inside Icecrown Citadel. In some cases, Minchar is waiting near the Oratory of the Damned, informing adventurers that Darnavan has been brainwashed by Lady Deathwhisper. In other cases, Alrin the Agile is waiting outside the Crimson Hall to inform adventurers that Minchar has been captured by Blood-Queen Lana'thel, who will execute him if he is not rescued soon.
