Batul gra-Sharob is an Orsimer who has fled from Kvatch. Along with all the other refugees, she can be found at the Kvatch: Refugee Camp. Like most of Kvatch, she was caught completely unaware by the Daedra attack on the city. Upon awakening to screaming and fire, she fled the city but her friends were not so lucky. She has developed a shop consisting primarily of weapons she retained when escaping Kvatch, and also provides repairs. She is a Master in Mercantile, indicating she owned a major business before Kvatch's destruction.
