The Secretary of State Security was the official in charge of the Office of State Security, the People's Republic of Haven's all-encompassing security and intelligence agency during the rule of the Committee of Public Safety. The only holder of the office was Oscar Saint-Just, as it was created for him and abolished after his overthrow by Admiral Thomas Theisman. (HH3, HH9)
