Red Kelp Gas Bladder can be harvested from the plant red kelp. Red kelp can be found in both Mania and Dementia, and one concentration of the plant can be found near the Elytra dungeon Dunroot Burrow. They can be found in abundance in any location with water, and underground where water is also located. They can also be found on the island with the Strange Door.
